Terms of Use
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
In short. CTV+ is a player. It doesn’t provide, sell or host any content: it only plays the source you add. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to watch what your source contains.
1. Who publishes CTV+
The CTV+ app, the ctvplus.app website and the web dashboard are published by Buzzle Partners LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under number OC455560, whose registered office is at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@ctvplus.app. Director of publication: Clément Lavis.
The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, Lumiel Building, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus.
2. What CTV+ does
CTV+ displays and plays the content of a source you already have (Xtream Codes or M3U), in an interface designed for the big screen. It enriches your catalog with title pages (posters, synopses, trailers) from third-party services. No TV subscription, channels, movies or series are included.
3. Your account
- You must be of legal age to create an account.
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- You can delete your account at any time, from the app or the dashboard.
4. Your source and what you watch
You may only use sources to which you have lawful access and whose content you have the right to watch. CTV+ does not check the content of your source and is not responsible for it.
You may not use CTV+ to access content without the authorization of its rights holders, or to circumvent a technical protection measure. In the event of manifestly unlawful use, or at the request of an authority, we may suspend or close the account concerned.
5. Plans
- Free: 1 device, 1 source and 1 profile, with no ads.
- Premium: all your devices in sync, multiple sources and profiles, and the personalization and convenience features described on our Pricing page. Subscription: €1.99 per month or €14.99 per year. The price that applies is the one shown in your app store at the time of purchase, and it may vary by country.
Premium is purchased in the app, through the App Store or Google Play. The 7-day free trial becomes a paid subscription when it ends, unless you cancel it before then. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your app store settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time. Payment, refunds and the exercise of the right of withdrawal are governed by the terms of the app store you use.
When a subscription ends, your account returns to Free without losing anything: your additional sources and profiles are kept and become usable again if you subscribe to Premium again. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through an app store: remember to cancel it as well.
If our prices change, the new price applies from the next renewal and your app store will notify you in advance.
6. Availability
We do our best to keep CTV+ running at all times, but we cannot guarantee that it works with every source, or that it will be available without interruption. Features may change. Playback also depends on your source and your internet connection, over which we have no control.
7. Title pages and third-party content
Movie and series details come from the TMDB API. CTV+ uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Posters, synopses and trailers belong to their respective rights holders.
8. Intellectual property
The app, the website, and the CTV+ name and logo belong to Buzzle Partners LLP. You may use the app for personal use, but you may not copy, modify or resell it, or attempt to extract its code.
9. Liability
CTV+ is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the content of your source, its availability, or the use you make of it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow such a limitation, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Point of contact and reports
For any question, complaint or report, including from an authority, write to contact@ctvplus.app, in French or English.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you by email or in the app.
