Delete Your Account

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

You can delete your CTV+ account at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account and all of its data are erased and cannot be recovered.

From the app

Open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete my account. You will be asked for your password to confirm.

From the web dashboard

Sign in at ctvplus.app/dashboard.
Open the Account tab.
Choose Delete my account and confirm with your password.

By email

If you no longer have access to the app or the dashboard, write to contact@ctvplus.app from your account’s email address, with the subject “CTV+ account deletion”. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email once it’s done.

What is deleted

Your account: email address, password and plan.
Your sources and their credentials, as well as the list of their content.
Your profiles, playback progress, watched episodes, followed series, My List, favorites and settings.
Your devices and all of their sign-in sessions.

Only the server’s technical logs, which may contain your IP address, are kept for up to 14 days before being erased automatically. Data stored on your devices disappears when you sign out or uninstall the app.

What about your subscription?

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription purchased on the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your app store settings so that you are no longer charged.
